Bay Ship & Yacht is committed to performance excellence and to guaranteeing absolute customer satisfaction for all services provided. As a full service ship repair company, a large percentage of all work is performed by Bay Ship’s highly skilled in-house craftsmen. However, Subcontractor services are utilized by Bay Ship to insure that the best possible value is provided to its customers and that all cost and schedule expectations are met or exceeded. Subcontractors may also be utilized for highly specialized services and for OEM technical representative support.

If you are interested in providing subcontractor services to Bay Ship & Yacht, see our standard terms and conditions, procurement forms, documents and other contractual requirements, at right. With receipt of a Purchase Order from us, these documents will apply without further reference unless specifically modified, supplemented, or excluded in the body of the Purchase Order agreement issued by Bay Ship & Yacht for Subcontract work.
