Syncrolift®
We offer the West Coast’s premier Syncrolift®, which is capable of hauling out vessels up to 1,200 tons and 62 meters (200 feet). Unlike a traditional floating dry-dock, the Syncrolift® allows our team to easily and safely lift your vessel out of the water and transfer it to a shore-based dry-berth workstation for the duration of the project.

Dry-dock
Our drydock has a heavy-lift capacity of 3000-tons and is capable of docking vessels up to 120 meters (390 feet).

Dry-Berths
Bay Ship dry-berth workstations feature bermed catchment basins to ensure the capture of all contaminants for processing and easy disposal in a cost efficient and environmentally friendly manner. All project-required services and utilities are conveniently located directly adjacent to each berth, including: 480 volt, 3-phase electrical power, fire mains, gray and black water disposal connections and dry compressed air.

Treasure Island Berthing Facilities
Bay Ship has recently activated its new pier facility on Treasure Island in the heart of San Francisco Bay, which is available for yard overflow berthing and pierside ship repair. Originally designed by the US Navy to accommodate a battleship, the Bay Ship TI pier is a solid concrete structure measuring 930' by 120'. It has fender piling and a floating superyacht pier installed on its southern face, providing safe haven for both commercial vessels and superyachts awaiting a shipyard dry-docking date or requiring pierside repair work. This secured and gated facility is equipped with services including 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz electrical power, freshwater and sewage connections.
