Eagle III
2003-04 – Eagle III Renovation
Bay Ship & Yacht Co. has taken its design-build abilities to a new level to accomplish a major refit of the Motor Yacht Eagle III. The steel vessel, built in 1982, was suffering from corroded bottom plating. Because the repairs would require an extended yard period, the owner was interested in taking advantage of this time to perform some additional renovations...
After arriving in April 2003, Bay Ship increased the vessel's length from 107' to 140' and transformed her upper structures to provide a fresh new appearance. Other modifications include new engines and generators, an auto-opening 16' wide curved sliding door, a 6' x 12' hot tub, and a 30' x 24' aluminum hardtop. All exterior design and structures engineering has been performed by Bay Ship's Engineering Department. Photo Gallery
