Unlike many shipyards, we manage a program that helps train and develop our workforce. Over the years, many of our best craftsmen have gained their expertise working within the Bay Ship training program in all technical disciplines. We have significant depth in all of our craft disciplines, which allows us to field a large, highly skilled workforce to support major projects on a 24-hour a day schedule.
